Privacy & security

Short version: there are no accounts here, no payments and no tracking. The demos run entirely in your browser on play money. The only personal data that reaches us is what any web server sees on a visit, and what you choose to send us by email.

Who we are

This site, no-limits-gaming.dev, is run by No Limits Gaming, a studio that designs and builds slot games for the Stake Engine platform. For anything about your data, write to hello@example.com.

What we collect

• Server logs. When a page or file is requested, our web server records the request: your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the response and your browser's user-agent string. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure — to spot errors and abuse. They are kept for about two weeks and then deleted.
• Email. If you write to us, we receive your address and whatever you put in the message, and use them only to reply.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share data with anyone for marketing.

The game demos

The demos need no registration and take no deposits. Your play-money balance and settings live only in the open browser tab and are gone when you close it. Rounds are generated on your device; nothing about how you play is sent to us.

The same games, when played for real money, run on the Stake platform under Stake's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive personal data about players there.

Third parties

The site loads the Jost and Montserrat typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and browser details, under Google's privacy policy. You can switch this off on the Cookie settings page; the site then uses the fonts already on your device.

Our TLS certificate is issued by Let's Encrypt; that involves no data about visitors.

Legal basis

Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Replying to your email is based on your request. Loading Google Fonts is based on our legitimate interest in presenting the site as designed, and you can object at any time in Cookie settings.

Security

• The whole site is served over HTTPS only; plain HTTP is redirected, and the .dev domain is preloaded to HTTPS in every major browser.
• Pages are sent with security headers that restrict framing and content types.
• The server is kept updated, accepts administrative access by key only, and sits behind a firewall that allows nothing but web traffic and SSH.

Found a security issue? Please tell us at hello@example.com before publishing it, and we will fix it quickly.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and you may complain to your data protection authority. Because we hold so little — logs that expire after about two weeks and email you sent us — most requests are simple; write to hello@example.com.

Children

This site is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
